Stimpson Nature Preserve

The Stimpson Nature Preserve is on Lake Louise Road near Lake Whatcom. The property includes parcels owned by both Whatcom County and Washington Department of Natural Resources. A loop trail passes an extensive wetland and beaver pond, crosses creeks, and passes through both old growth and second growth forest. WLT Stimpson page.
