Coast

The Northwest coast is rugged, beautiful, and in many places remote and virtually undisturbed. At the same time a large proportion of the population lives near salt water and the attendant opportunities to explore from both the land and the sea. Sandy beaches, anthropomorphic seastacks, tide pools, rocky cliffs — they’re all part of the coastal marine environment.
