Senior Portrait Locations

Your senior portrait can be photographed almost any place you can imagine. Your session fee includes travel to any location in Whatcom County.

I’ve lived in Whatcom County for 24 years, so I’m familiar with a lot of places. But I keep learning about new locations from the people I photograph. Surprise me with your favorite secret place!

Home

Do you live on a farm or have a great backyard where you like to hang out? Then maybe somewhere around your home is the right place to photograph your portrait.

Waterfront

A lot of seniors choose to have their portrait made at one of our great waterfront parks: Zuanich, Boulevard, Larrabee. There’s Little Squalicum Beach, Clayton Beach, Birch Bay, and more. If you choose a waterfront location we’ll check the tide tables when we’re planning your session.

Woodlands

Another favorite portrait location is Whatcom Falls. It’s a great park with lots of wonderful places to create your portrait and we can use more than one spot during your session. Arroyo Park is nice, as is the North Lake Whatcom trail.

Mountains

If you’re a skier, snowboarder, or avid hiker then maybe a mountain session fits your personality.

Urban

Maybe the city is more your style, whether gritty or slick. Bellingham has many good portrait locations. And if you want a big-city look, for an extra travel charge we can do that, too.

No matter where you choose to have your portrait created, we’ll plan it together ahead of time. You want to be prepared to look your best, and to have a good time during your session.
